‘Can regional Australia make it in Asia?’ live webinar announced
Want to discover the tools and strategies that will help your region or business get ahead in Asia, but can’t make it to Canberra for the forum? The RAI has just released a limited number of positions for the live webinar of ‘Can regional Australia Make it in Asia?’
The live webinar is your opportunity to hear from international experts about how to recognise the unique advantages your region or business could pursue and market to Asia, and how to tap into the network.
Guests will hear from an impressive line up of international and local speakers, including:
- Global production network specialist, Professor Henry Wai-Chung Yeung, National University of Singapore;
- Member of the Smart Specialisation Platform at the Institute for Prospective Technological Studies of the European Commission, Carlo Gianelle; and
- Tamworth Regional Council Mayor, Col Murray.
A panel discussion among our guest speakers will provide the audience with tools to help enunciate the specialisations regions and businesses can pursue to grow and engage with international markets, particularly in regards to tourism, agriculture or manufacturing. Experts will also discuss how to practically engage with Asian investors and take advantage of international market opportunities.
