The Regional Australia Institute (RAI) and Commonwealth Bank (CBA) will release data on Wednesday, 28 February 2024, shining the spotlight on where people are moving around the regions.
The Regional Movers Index tracks movements between capital cities and the regions using relocation data from CBA’s 16+ million customers.
RAI Chief Economist, Dr Kim Houghton, and Commonwealth Bank Executive General Manager for Regional and Agribusiness Banking, Paul Fowler, will hold a joint virtual media conference to discuss the latest report, which details movements in the December 2023 quarter.
